AUTOMATED ALARM HANDLING

Analysis of an event, notiﬁ cation of selected persons, dispatching response team, and then creation of a report closing the service without operator involvement. The mechanism ensures that the alarm is transmitted to the operator only if a set of critical parameters is exceeded. Additionally, the versatile action mechanism allows the user to automate selected processes independently.

AUTOMATIC VIDEO PATROLS

Automatic video patrols work with any CCTV cameras. Detection of lack of communication, image masking, change of focus, camera rotation, change of a scene. Recognition of objects of various types, ﬁre, light on or license plate numbers.

COMMUNICATIONS

The system provides communication based on SMS,  e-mail, on-premise speakers, and telephones (SIP/TAPI)-manual or automated operator-free calling. A group of smartphone applications, end-customer websites, and an API for M2M communication with other programs or devices.

APPLICATIONS

Selected data can be shared via smartphone apps (iOS, Android). The system includes modules for end customers, response teams, service workers, guards and lone worker capability (mobile duress keyfob).
